DA from July 2022: During the meeting of Cabinet Committee of Economics Affairs (CCEA), Cabinet approved the hikes of 4% Dearness Allowance for Central Govt Employees. The Festive Season-2022 is already began. During this festive, the big gift has announced for C.G. Staff. Modi Govt has approved the increase of 4% DA which has Big Good News for all central govt employees.

Today, (Wednesday) Union Cabinet approves 4% hike Dearness Allowance in the Cabinet meeting.

Before this gift, the Central Government had approved the DA of 3% w.e.f. 1st January 2022 which has been running now as 34 % DA of basic. After take this 4% DA from July 2022, the DA will be percentage of 38 for CG employees. This increase will be effect in their salary and also arrear to be paid with this DA hike.

In view of this inflation, the decision of hike 4% DA has approved and this facility will be given for 50 lakh central govt employees and 65 lakh pensioners. If a employee’s salary is 18,000.00, then DA will be paid 6,840.00 (38% of basic Salary) which has increased by 4%.
