Bonus for IRCTC employees for the financial year 2021-22
The IRCTC issued an order of performance award/Incentive for his employees.
On 23rd Sept 2022 Friday, the IRCTC issued an order of performance award/Incentive for his employees. The competent authority has sanctioned performance award/incentive for the year 2021-22, as under:
- Performance award for IRCTC Workmen is as follows:

2. Contractual staff who have worked in IRCTC during FY 2021-22 shall be paid performance award in lump-sum @ of Rs. 24,200/-.
3. Trainees (ICWAI/CA/CS) who have worked in IRCTC during the FY 2021-22 shall be paid incentive of Rs. 12,100/- each.
Performance award/Incentive for the financial year 2021-22 to the outsourced personnel deployed through manpower service providers in IRCTC.
The competent authority has approved the following performance award for the FY 2021-22 for the outsourced personnel deployed through manpower service provider in IRCTC.

Interim PRP advance for the financial year 2021-22 to the regular employees (Executives & Supervisor) and performance award to deputationists.
The competent authority has decided to distribute interim PRP advance for the FY 2021-22 to the eligible regular employees of IRCTC (Executive & Supervisors) & performance award to the employees working on deputation as under:
